What is a good site to buy a grow light timer? There aren't any wal marts around here. I left the light off this morning for my plants by accident and the plants were droopy by the time I got home :? .

Where did you pick em up & how much has it set you back thus far? How have you rigged them? Homemade ballasts, etc or just sockets? I was thinking about doing CFL instead of HPS since HPS = higher electric bill + more heat. (Might have asked you these questions before, not sure)

Use mylar instead. It's basically the back of shiny gift wrap and can be found at .99 cent stores.

See, thing is, this grow will be in a (closed) closet, and I cant make any holes in the doors or anything like that. :neutral:

So the lighting I'm about to order doesn't have any ports for ventilation, so I have a little question ... Would it be a good idea to buy, say, 3 small fans, and rig up something ghetto like this or just to have a couple fans moving air in there with some co2?

Looks awesome. Out of curiousity, are you growing in a sealed area? If you are, how do you vent air in and out, other than the fans circulating? Are you using any CO2?

Isn't 600W a bit overboard? Wouldn't getting, say, a 250W + supplemental lighting for a low-profile grow be more efficient?
