Turns out she was a couple over. They said they'd return in a couple weeks to see if she was in her numbers and that she made the requested changes. Sounds like they might be working to help people be compliant.

Holy shit. They just hit my aunt. Her numbers were good but not locked and secured. They gave her a bunch of rules to follow and left. She thinks she's good. Same helicopter.
