So I've got a decently large op but i don't use a reservoir i use two liter and gallon jugs too water, should i give my plants chemicals all the time or stick to the every week or every other week? i understand chems such as sweet that get used every watering but the rest have got me slightly...

so I've got some clones about two to three weeks under my 1000 hps fixed mostly all chem and bug problems but shoot's on branches are choosing not to develope...Any thoughts? different strains, same soil, peatmoss mixture, same problems. some are perfect.
