I've seen this same thing a lot with my af's. From what I can tell, if you dont switch the lights to a flowering spectrum early enough, they get stunted and won't ever achieve their full height. Although, that isn't to say that some are just smaller phenotypes in general. My suggestion is...

Like I said before man, save big money @ Menards. I just screwed 3 5 socket brass fixtures together and they are held up with chicken wire....amazingly ghetto, yet effective.

all this stuff came from Menards if you have one around you. The lights are just screwed together bathroom fixtures and the bulbs are 28W a piece. btw, I dont think you can clone autoflowers but I plan on making my own seeds eventually.
