    prob a fungus that came from some other plant in that garden. check around and see if u see anything similar on any nearby plant, also id remove it immediatly from ur plant and anything else its on. might have to scrap that shoot too, dont worry there will be more

    it looks like that plant is flowering, how much light are u giving it? ahould be 18 light 6 dark for veg 12 and 12 for flowering
