My parents destroyed my new clones. I am a medical marijuana patient. It fucking hurts destroying a plant. What are the legal consequences in California for growing 1-2 plants?

The sagging was present when I bought the clone. Do you guys think this plant will recover and start growing strong. It doesn't seem to be dying either. It seems like it's in a slow growth state. Thanks a lot.

The new foliage (top leaves) on this plant seems to be curling downwards. Do you guys know what caused this. These are freshly planted clones.
