Yeh you can grow outside in the uk no problems! Type your towns name into google and search for your latitude. If this is your first time growing, I would suggest lowryders, you dont need to worry about light cycles, simply germinate them then veg indoors for 17-20 days under a 125w blue cfl...

thanks for the advice, unfournately im in Ireland so would be to costly to use that website. however ill will look in2 26w cfls, main reason i choise the 11w bulbs is because i can get them for 10p each.

(15) 11w Philips CFLs or (1) 125w CFL?? which should i get?? I can get (15) 11w Philips cfls for 10p each so £1.50 in total. then (15) Light Holders For These For £9 then a Plug For £1.59 Total = £12.09 (600x15) = (9,000 lumens) or I can get a 125w Blue Cfl for £25 and a Lamp holder...

yeh i know what kind of fan u mean tyke, im just worried that would be to strong and i would end up havin too low temps in my grow room. i live in ireland so temps arent great even in the summer.

If I have a growtent 60cmx60cmx120cm and I am running a single 250w cfl what kind of fans should i use for intake and exhaust?? I am going to be using a 4" carbon filter. many thanks for any responses!!

really nice setup you have there man nice and simple and they look to be growing very well, i think u should maybe invest in a 250w red cfl for your flowering side, u will certainly need the light once they really get growing. i will be watching this one, keep us updated and good luck!!!
