hey man ,im a total newb, going to grow my first plant , lowryder #2 need to know what kind of lights to use from start to finish

what kind of lighting did u you use

its a really nice setup im going to try something like it, what do you mean by lst'ing them? need to keep mine short too for space reasons

im totally new to this, so just a question on how long it took from seed and how tall did they grow
