Hey 3squared, thanks for the reply. That's a brilliant idea to install small disks in your net cup, I'll have to give that a try in the future. Beautiful rootmass, btw.
You're sure to have a bountiful harvest; beautiful! Did you happen to record a reading of the run-off? Haha, I had a similar experience with my Bluelab pH pen recently, it decided to fluctuate an entire pH point after a stable initial reading after a routine calibration and I responding by...
Evening fellow RIUers,
I had a quick question pertaining to choosing an appropriately powered air pump for my RDWC setup. I have 12, 6.6 gallon pots that are currently receiving diffused oxygen via an EcoPlus 5 air pump attached to a 12-site manifold with a combination of bubble disks and...
Your plan sounds solid 4Grow; silica would be beneficial to add as it ameliorates stress and makes your girls more resilient to stressors in general; it also increases the size of the plants' cell walls with noticeably more tensile strength than an untreated plant. That additional three percent...
Great job on vegging those plants; even the deficient one is a beauty! It looks like it's experienced slight heat stress as well as indicated by the coupled leaflets on your compound leaves. It also could be a pH issue manifesting nutrient lockout of potassium; aesthetically that's what the...
It looks like the plant is revegetating; has it regressed in flowering since these pictures? Check your light timers, you haven't added any additive with high Nitrogen recently, have you?
I didn't clarify; I was running two 400w MHs for veg and transitioned to two 1,000w HPS bulbs set at 600w individually for 1,200w to ease any shock. Do you think a 400w increase is too much for transition? I started them off about two feet from canopy height.
Optimize your pH to 6.0-6.3 for soil and 5.8-6.2 for hydroponics. By staying in this range, you permit your plants to uptake non-toxic quantities of macro and micronutrients. It'd also be beneficial to post images of your plants and provide your grow room specifications to omit or mitigate any...
Hey everyone, thanks for the diligent replies and recommendations. All of my plants recuperated with a thorough flushing with quarter strength flowering nutrients. I isolated the issue to being correlated with the initial flowering PPMs for my ladies to be excessive which induced shock...
