Hey RIU, I'm applying for collectives that need drivers, and I got some questions. I'd like to hear from all sides; patient & collective employees. My ultimate concern is for my safety. What is the likely-hood of being arrested? What are the procedures that collectives use for drivers?

The bulb is a Reflector Argo from Philips upon closer inspection an ideal bulb for plants, it was just too close. (my friend gave me his equipment shortly after he stopped growing) I forgot to mention after I put extra soil I then put holes at the bottom. That probably shocked my little one...
