Called an attorney, He told me that as long as she only has access to the rooms (All rooms have to be locked and she has to possess the keys) As long as that is upheld all other people dwelling at the home are safe for criminal prosecution.
I have to keep the window open it gets way too hot in my flowering room. I don't at the moment have the resources to purchase anything to cool it down other than mother nature. If anyone would have the balls to try to come in, well lets say I have many security options ready.

I read the laws real quick and did not see anything about the locked facility. It did state that there can be NO GLARE coming from windows, so some "Good neighbor" whom I'm sure has seen the glare coming from the window for days and days now, called the fire dept. they came pounding at the door...
