I have another question if you can help. What height should I have the light above the plants? Manufacturer say 24 inches whereas people have said as close as possible without burning the leaves.

My 1st time indoor growing. I have a Phlizon CREE COB 1000watt light. There are 2 switches... VEG & BLOOM(on/off) and STRONGER(on/off) currently have seedlings and only have the veg&bloom switch on. Is this the only switch I should have on now? If so, when do I use 'stronger' switch? Do i use...
