Just an update... all my plants are lively as they were the first time now... could not flipping them in time cause issues? As soon as i swapped to a 12.12 schedule and fed them budblaster (blooming nutes) they reached for the sky bright green leaves... all topped and fimming techniques worked...

Hi dude looks similar to my problem i had but soon as i flipped em and added bud blaster was as if a new leaf had turned... literally lol some pics from before... I'd say try add sumin with bit more phosphorus but only in a tiny amount see if it gets any better?

Had to put an electric heater in there for tonight.... Ans does the distance of the light really make that much difference ? Ive got 10 pots in there with two t5 trays 4 bulbs in each and a hps in the middle 600w, was supposed to be for nights when its cold but now isnt working lol....

Cheers man! So will that cool my lights a bit? Stop it getting so hot in my room? Also what do closer lights do anyway? Is it just to stop stretching or for better produce / yield? Also dont i run the risk of light burn??
