I did google that and you're right! I was wondering though, if a nutrient has 6-6-6 and you double the dose can you consider it as 12-12-12? I am not sure how that works.

Thanks for the prompt answer! Both are water soluble; the 4-6-7 one says it's 15ml/2l,once every 14 days. I am assuming that is the correct amount for roses but i am not sure how much i should use and how long i should wait between watering the plants with the mix.
