Oho superb man, those are looking very good! :D I think that the spectrum is the most important thing, so even if you have a LED that is not so good, you could upgrade the light just with adding a few other watts of light that this LED model is missing, here in this thread you can find some...

I think this Vipar model is not to blame, you had way too small space (read to much plants-crowded), and the temperature were low. If you had just one or two plants in that space with apropriate temp, you could have yielded double than from those underdeveloped plants (about 80 gr. what is...
