Plant has nice flowers but they all are covered in dead aphids. I tried washing it off with the baking soda lemon juice method but didn’t remove close to all of them. Do I have to throw the buds out or is there another way to cleanse?
Update: it is clearly continuing to flower which is great! I am going out of town tomorrow for 3 nights. Should I cover the whole time or leave uncovered? I don’t want to have it revert but I also don’t want to give it shock from light deprivation. Thoughts?
I’ve been covering with sheets and using chairs on the sides as support to not put all the weight on the plant, not the prettiest setup but seems to be doing the trick.
Yeah the big one I chopped down because I couldn’t cover it at night and was getting out of control. The smaller one is about half the size and age but I was able to cover the last week and it seems to be doing the trick to get it to flower. Guessing it’ll be about 2/3- 3/4 the size that big one...
Let’s go!! I will be out of town from Friday to Monday. Should I leave the plant covered that entire time to make sure it doesn’t revert to veg? Or will it be fine uncovered for three nights?
Ok thanks, also the big plant is almost 16 weeks so double the age. When plants don’t get the right light do they just stay in veg forever? What would happen if inside you never lowered the light to 12/12 would it die in the veg state or live forever?
The 8 week plant is a third of the size so a lot easier to cover. If I scrap big plant and start covering that one now when will I know if it’s working?
Yeah box will be too big at this point it’s like a tree lol. It was from a friend. The other auto seeds I got direct have had no issue. Just sucks to scrap after all this time. I’ll either leave it a few weeks and see if it changes on in its own or bring it inside at nights and tough out the...
