Still not lookin too good, temps are at around 85-90 which is way too hot! im only running 60w with 4 fans in there and its still this hot?

Day 9 Shes coming on nicely i think, temps are staying at around 71-74f. 1 thing, there seems to be a much smaller plant shooting up from the stem, i noticed it before but never took any notice... what chyall think? ( can see it in one of the pics in Day7)
