I've had the exact same thing happen, and from my experience, this happens when an outdoor grow gets too close to the freezing point. Last season about mid-october right before harvest temps got really low, and I think this was the result.

Next time dry your buds a lot more before putting them into jars. Even after the initial drying and being put into jars, lids should be opened for a few hours every so often. There's not much you can do to solve the mold issue this far along. Your best options are to cook with it...

So can i simmer a bunch of pot, in a bunch of oil, and save said oil to be used as needed in recipes? Will the THC degrade in that setting? Is it just better to make fresh oil every time you bake?

Looking good. I have a similar setup in a bathroom shower with cfls ( 2 65w 2700K, 2 40w 3000K and 2 26w 6500K in a 3x3x8ft shower), i can only fit 2 or 3 plants width wise but i can let them grow 4-5ft. Keeps the supply up for the long winter months when we can't grow the big girls outside.
