Ohh i forgot last year it had a shit load of those white hairs everywhere but like i said the wind knocked it down and killed the half the plant which had the hairs. How can i make it start budding? Also i have pics of the plant but idk how to post them

My stem looked the same color but im pretty sure its normal because my baby is now 2 1/2 ft tall. The soil looks to be very dry though. You should spray the leaves with a mist of water and water the soil aswell. Just make sure you do not overwater her as she is still a baby. Good luck =)
