lst is low stress training and you tie the top of the plant with yarn to the ground and it will grow horizontally. or you can super crop and thats lightly crushing the stem and bending it ,thats basicaly the same idea

thanks for the replies . but if they should be bigger than what am i doing wrong iv got them under 2, 4 ft flourescent tubes on 24 hour light about 3 inches away from the tube and i water like once a day nut not alot of water.i just started using a little plant food 10 15 10 ..
