So I am not new to the growing game, but I have been out of it for a while and i know lights have come a long way so I am a noob when it comes to lights? wondering if HPS are still the best lights for Flowering and Mph for veg? Are the LEDS any good? sorry i tryed seachching through the fourms...

no, you need Hps or red spec cfls, thats more for vegging

I would worry about getting your temps down first than get a co2 setup,

they streching for some light get some more light , like some cfls and get them closer to those lil ladies ( always think positive )
