Will Visa Vanilla prepaid card work?

thats fucking retarded. Aren't there cards or green dot cards that are for online and international use that you register to your address and SSN over the phone, like a walmart money card, and then it is valid to use once verified?

say, hypothetically, that a plant is showing preflowers. im 80% sure its female. another reassuring factor is that without any buds it is beginning to give off that smell. even when i rub the stems there seems to be a sweet citrusy smell on my fingers.

so any ballast and reflectors will hold both MH and HPS?

running HPS all the way through a plants life cycle shouldnt be to bad, right? i mean, in a natural setting its not like the suns gonna change its spectrum for a flowering garden...

i figured it was the kelvin rating that sets them apart. i just didnt want to drop 150+ on a MH and then another 150+ on HPS, but i guess i might have to for optimal growth and yield conditions
