Some decently thick screw in hooks work well, as long as you have wood to screw into. If it is wood in a basement you wont even notice the holes. If it is through drywall into wood, a little piece of Spackle will do the trick when you take it down. They only leave one hole in the ceiling opposed...
oh, lol, i didnt realize he said the door. You can still do the box, you're just not allowed to enter or exit the room : ). Would be better off just cutting a hole in the door and having a stand alone fan, not sure if thats enough to get the job done though.
You could make a box out of wood for your duct to connect to. The box would be only 1 inch high, but as long as you need it. This way, air flow isnt constricted from a 4 or 6 inch duct to just a 1 inch hole, but rather spreading out over the length of the box. I will include some rough pictures...
Is your fan that is connected to the hood blowing or pulling the air through. Fans tend to do a better job pulling than they do pushing. Also, do you have ducting connected to the hood, so the fan can vent out of the room? Do you have an intake hole, or fan hooked up? any more info or even pics...

You can do it with about an inch of space. I had the same problem, except i didnt need to cut the pipes of the frame. I had around an inch of space when i put the cover over the tent. Assuming it is the same style tent (the sides zip all the way around the tent) You should be able to do it. It...
It depends how big you want the plants to get or how you want do grow them. As an idea, I have the exact size tent also with a 600 watt HPS. I currently have 9 plants in it in 5 gal buckets. I top most, but try not to let them get too bushy as the length and width are limited, but height is...
