Yeah, I thank you are better off with Canna. It's buffered and ready to go. I just mix up some nutes with calmag to charge it, plant, then feed.

In regards to pH, are you on a well? I use RO and since I moved to a place with a well, my RO is 3.7 or so and the same when I mix in A & B. what I foun is that it's dissolved CO2 gas from the limestone. If you circulate your RO tank is will gas off. If not you will add up to get it right then...

I have found that H&G bases have a ton of calmag like 14%Ca, so as long as you charge the coco with nutes you should be fine. I usually add 3-5mL/gal and then drop down to no calmag at wk5

Anyone reusing their medium (coco) using shooting powder?

I have been a h&g user for over a year now and it is great stuff. I use the whole line. If you want hydro weight and organic flavor...h&g can get it done...I'm in coco but using the rest of my aqua flakes.

Just watch you pH. The thing about H&G is that using the whole line is very pH Stable and substituting things will decrease pH stability. I used a free sample of AT this time for 2 feedings and I did notice a stalk diameter increase. It's expensive, but not if you kill it! Algen is only sold...

I wouldn't worry about it if you haven't started flowering yet. I would just veg them another week to make sure they are strong before flowering.

Yeah max flw is max feeding during flowering. Just hit 1800+ in second wk of using shooting powder and the chem4's love it

Are you mixing according to the directions? Mix a wait 15min then mix b If you add Calmag... Do it first before adding A also check your res temps try to keep it under 70

I run the whole line up with air stones and don't have any isues
