can someone give me a specific run down on lighting for the avg. plant from seedling to fully mature with the hors of light needed and for how long of a time period

my plant is outdoor grown in fl its abot 13 inches tall just started flowering is about 10 inches in diameter and has very light clored leaves. Is their anything wrong with it i'll post pic when camera charges. the plant is about 4 mnths from seed to now
