Finally back online been having nightmares , plants are doing well just trying to upload a few pics now , ive actually given most of the plants away now to friends who are due to join forum be interesting to see how they differ !
The Cfl that are vegetating the sprout are:
2 2x36W Cool daylight 6500K 4ft (its to long to fit in grow room so i had to tilt it)
1 2x18W Cool daylight 6500K 2ft
total of 180W

guess what i just gotten a sprout. One of my ten seeds finally poped. Placed 3 seeds into peat pellets and just found one sprout. Althrough the seed skin isn't off yet, most likely tomorrow it will show its first two leaf. Should i vegetate them now? Or when the seed skin is off. Will veg with 4ft CFL Tube 2x36W 6500K. Get some spiral cfl maybe tomorrow. Do i need to plug in a 2700K to even out the light?
oh well my hps is coming in soon. I hooked wires onto them but i got the typical 3 prongs that are usually on more electronics. Is that the right one to use? because my granny flat circuit blew i think. I wire them up to at 75W E27 lamp. First time i plug it in work perfect. Second time i used it once i plug it in and turn the switch on my whole granny flat light went off. Nothing turn on
Have to ask my dad to fix it. I think it was because the wires touch each other and caused the problem. Like the blue wire touch the brown wire.
Nah i gotta get some seeds that work. The current one have little chance of sprouting think i damaged them.

there is a pic of my set there showing the lights.. just got battens from hardware store and extension cords as well - cut off one end ( not the one that goes into the socket) and expose 3 wires ( aust 240v meant to be done by electrican but hubby was shown by one) wire into battens matching earth, pos and neutral and done...plug into point after putting your bulb in..i can take more pics if you want more...
Yo can you show me pics on how to wire them? How your light look like? Need to make a good simple one. -
