I think your fine, the light intesity may have changed but as long as your light schedule doesnt it should'nt cause stress, and therefore should not herm, but i'm noobish.

pics, but I'm not sure I would worry about being root bound, if you added dirt and it grew back out the holes I would take that as the roots are doing exactly what they are born to do. but i"m noobish get another opinion, and agian PICS!

its not bad, but get some more light on there, as much as you can, and if its an auto flower just leave the lights on 24/7. i am doing a cfl as well and I have 5 42W, and 3 65W,

Basically right in the middle of the same type of thing, just make sure you are well insulated, mine is in an attic area and it was a bit tricky to dial in the temps when i had a 60 degree temp swing. but IMO its an awsome place to do it.
