Plant's lookin a bit dry IMO..is your water level up high enough that it keeps the bottom of your hydroton/rockwool pots wet? Are they rooting out of the bottom of the pots at all? Or, if not, are you watering them from the top when they get dry.. All your other specs sound like they should...
