Been outside gathering fungi since we're havin' such a warm spell?? I know I have been out scouting for an area NOT near farms. I don't like the crap they spray on the soil in my area.

I have both the Ahimsa's Karanja cake and the Neem cake sitting in my amendment room unopened. Guess I better get to opening them up and using them.

Hmmm...that might be my problem with my soil running out of N way too early. Almost all of my amendments are DTE.

yeah...that smell stuck in my sinuses for days. I can't imagine getting it in the carpet. Bad enough it is in the basement with no door to separate it from the rest of the house.

Any other amendments that I need to re-add to my mix other than alfalfa meal for the N? The stench of death has crossed over finally.
