i have two florecent lightbulbs. both sylvania brand the bigger one is 40 w 120v 60hz 600Ma 3000k full spectrum the other is 12/19/28w 120v 60hz 3000k but the second one.. its light comes out with a yellow/orange. like a normal lightbulb. are these alright to use?

my plant is 13 and a half in. tall 2 months and 2 weeks old how much bud would i be able to get from one estimated if i started budding her soon?

they are growing in a pot. and it was miracle grow potting soil and idk what the nutes were he said it was balanced and all good and he uses it with his plants and they are gooood
