9 weeks in, chop soon?

I have had them in vegg for about a month and am planning on transplanting to larger pots with a good soil sometime in the next 2-3 weeks before i start the flowering. I haven't been checking the ph of the water (its just filtered tap) but the ph of the soil is in the 6.5-7 range.

This is my first serious attempt at an indoor grow and everything has gone pretty smoothly so far. I'm using a 250W MH bulb and a fan for circulation (attached it to a cooler to help draw the cooler air from outside of the closet) that keeps it between 79-81F and 45% humidity. I noticed about a...
