That is precisely why I bought it. I had never used the neem cake before, but since I was mixing a new batch of soil, I thought i'd give it a try. I usually just soaked with neem oil on occasion.

You can do either. I tend to just top dress dry and water it in. If you did a sludge, you'd still need to water it in.

I came home 4 weeks before harvest, but it was a guerrilla grow, so it could've happened at any time. I knew the risk, but it drove me indoors, and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I did outdoors mainly and played with CFLs. After the Rip, I upgraded. :-)
