ok I have a 400/600w switchable digital ballast and I've been trying to hook up a timer to it for some time now but every time I do the bulb won't ignite........I mean, the ballast turns on but it won't ignite the bulb, can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?? does anyone else have this...
