I have a 40x and couldn't really tell what I was seeing first time using one

outdoor plants got a loop but can't really tell what I'm looking for are these ready to chop down I chopped one bud last week and dried it and friend told me it's really good should I chop it all

Some of the leaves are really starting to yellow I think maybe the fox farms ocean forest has run out of nutes I have not givin them anything but water the whole time I have some tiger bloom should I give them a dose of that? I also have cha Ching give them that?

Yes I know it's female and if it's a 9 week strain and it hasn't started flowering yet and these are outdoor I don't think it's going to finish in time what do I do just trash it?
