Not sure exactly my first time and don't know anyone who has tried. What I have heard is that it is usually on the low end on what is advertised or just below if done properly. I'm sure it will take a couple grows before I start seeing maximum yields out of the box.

Thanks for the advice. I was just going through some forums on here and read that those lights are terrible for growing? Should I just get a few more fluorescent to put in its place?
