i can pull the main cola and it will not effect the rest of the plant?

hey, wondering what i should do, the top of my plant looks very ready but some of the lower smaller buds are still growing. i don't want to wait too long on the top and effect the quality, but i don't want to pull it now and have premature small buds that are low quality. i apologize for all...

i just started flushing it with water only, no nutes or anything. do you guys think that is the way to go until harvest considering how late in flowering it is?

i understand this is most likely nutrient related, but was wondering if flushing would help, and if this will ruin the bud, or already has.

this plant looks to be doing very well other than the fan leaves yellowing and recently starting to spot. also i dont know if you can see or not in the close up picture but the top of the main cola is starting to darken very slightly and i dont know if this is something to be concearced about...
