Yep, CXB3590 3500K CD, checked my wiring on the potentiometer/resistor last night to make sure that wasn't holding it back.

thanks man, i'll measure it tonight. The one weird thing is i put it on a kill-a-watt at the plug, and at full power it only runs 487 watts. The only difference is i have the 1050B version of the driver.
