i agree completely this summer sucked for growing or doing anything else outside

after coming home from being away for 10 days i went to check on my plants and i noticed that the top leaves on the one are starting to curl like a taco, and the other one is starting to bud already even tho its pretty small, also i noticed that 2 of the lower leaves are very yellow and look...

Its my first time growing outside, i went to check on them after 4 days since the last time i saw them and they had these little holes with brown edges, i was thinkin its bugs but i want to be sure
