Cfl's are much more efficient then most people will give credit for, but there always a good choice for small space grows as they produce little heat and cost barely anything , definitely worth looking into

I'm new to growing but I have had a couple of goes at it before with cfl's and the plants kept growing upwards instead of turning into a nice little bush so I thought I'd get a 600 watt hps and all would be fine.... but still my plants keep stretching up what do I do?
