yay! i think i see a sprout starting to pop up i was freaking out thinking i might have did something wrong and started asking stupid question's

i noticed when i touched the rockwool it feels like cool to the touch is that normal? and is it ok for the seeds? the water i put in there was room temp i also used distilled water and the box itself is around 80 Degrees F is everything ok here?
