thank you for the response! ok i'm at work but im trying to do a little more research ;) I cant wait for the back orders but i definitely want everything from cutter electronics. I Basically have no idea what parts components i need to build one.

so.. what would i need to order from cutter electronics so as to have all the pieces able to build a complete set of 3950 lights, excluding the housing (metal frame). and where can i get what they don't have?

its crazy there isn't more publicity around these COB lights. It seems to me like a big portion of the commercial LED market has been populated with those MARS style Lights that it could easily deter a less educated grower (Majority) and that shit just snowballed. bmgnoot i cant say how happy...
