Yea i emulsified it but it did sit for like 3 days so mighta fucked it up there... should i remove all burned leaves? Whats my best course of action? Luxkily the colas aren't burned really

So i sprayed down my planys the other day with neem oil and some monterey (for catapillars). I also started using nutrients a little before spraying them down. I believe it's definitely the neem oil burning but i am a rookie. What can i do to stop the burning if it is the neem oil? Spray them...
