Been batling with algae for 3 times, first time totally ruined my grow, tried to save plants using pharmacy stuff 3% h2o2 at 3ml per litre without ANY positive effect. Second time I got it I moved plants to coir and got 1.2gpw, plants for absolutely happy with the move... And now is the third...

From the another sorse found that half life on h2o2 is 10-12 hours :/ at 20c and 7ph

From that graph looks like half of the h2o2 is gone after 24h

How fast this process is happening? I know it depends on a system but lets imagine well aerated system, with temps 63-66f. Once again too much missinformation on web :/

nope I did't :( I have read that h2o2 makes bleach evoporate quickly

About h2o2 (30%) is teaspoon per gallon maybe too much? cos it really did clean roots in seconds :D

No really, FUCK the clorex no effect at all looks like made things even worse. (8 drops per gallon) H2o2 instead that I got today (30%) made roots white in about a minute!!! (teaspoon per gallon)

No possitive effect of clorox seen in 24 hours, should I add more? I'll get some h2o2 on monday so there is still time for root rot to dance... ;(

Thanks for advice man and thanks for jumping in as ALWAYS truly apreciate your every word! Today is holiday so could not get 40% h2o2 so I added bleach 0.05 ml per litre. lets see what will happen tomorrow. I hope tomorrow I'll get a hand of the strong h2o2 solution. How much of a 10% stuff...

I think bad "bennies" are winning =( so I have to use h2o2, have found 30% medical h2o2 solution. Can anyone suggest concentration to kill root rot? A lot of misinfromation on the net, one table spoon, 3ml per gallon...

by the way is the brown slime on tubing ALWAYS algae or could it be bacillus colonies?

yes I check ph constanly, it is around 6 all the time, ppm is around 600
