Looks like early stages of nute burn, I'd flush it and let it be for a couple days.

Yeah those are just calcium spots from your water.

I'm 90% sure that's from being too close to the light. I've had that happen before and had the same exact looking tops. I'd move the light a good 4-6 inches away from your tops.
