    Heatsinks for DIY LED lamps

Ah ok Ty for response. So the vero 18 as long as I stay under 50 c I'm ok. I measured all around on top near the cob everywhere I'm like maxing 30 c but mostly 27 so then my setup is ok I. Assuming?

    Heatsinks for DIY LED lamps

Where are you guys measuring the temp? I'm not sure if I am measuring right I have very 18 on a large heats ink 40 inches long with one 120 fan in the middle obviously the sides are a little hotter. If I measure on the top where the fins are I'm getting like 27 c but I measure the light itself...

you think the pico ezmate will handle all that voltage. i know its rated at 300V but as java said it might go over in the beginning.

Hahaha same way here I have no idea but I'm doing 5 per bar and two bars so 10 vero but I'm doing bonsai and peppers n stuff so I might alternate like a 4000k and 3000 or so

Led Drivers and heatsink question for the cxa3070 build.

So you think I should run a 600 v rated wire in series I'm also going to use the pico ezmate connection. You think that would be my best best?

Led Drivers and heatsink question for the cxa3070 build.

Okay I ordered most of the stuff. Supra or anyone that has done this high voltage stuff. I'm ruining the 10 vero 18 I think I might be at max with the meanwell driver or over by .5 is that ok? Also since I'm doing these in series what is your recommended awg and I'm assuming I need a higher...

Led Drivers and heatsink question for the cxa3070 build.

Yea not so much the m3 actual size but the length of it. Meaning if the heatsink base is .14 kind of hard to find a screw that won't go through. So I'm guessing if I tap through the heatsink and use a m3 screw but a longer length where it will go through the heatsink I sure that won't be a...

Led Drivers and heatsink question for the cxa3070 build.

Is it ok if I drill through the heatsink instead of a blind hole considering I can find such a small screw.

Are you sure vero18 is m3 could of sworn it said 2.5. Also how long should these screws be for the heatsink I don't want to go through correct.

Led Drivers and heatsink question for the cxa3070 build.

Ty much yea I was thinking the two bar would be better I was going to run 5 on each 40 inch 4.85 heatsink. Do you think I will need two fans for those two bars. Is there a power supply unit that I can adjust the output to run those fans at lower voltage and what not. I want to drill and tap so...
