How safe is neem oil?...advice pleaze....

I use a neem derived fungicide/insecticide (Fungicide3) and YES it will burn the shit outta your plants IF they are still wet when placed under light. However, If you follow the directions, there are no problems. All you gotta do is spray your plants and dry them out thoroughly before you turn...

    LIGHTS LEFT ON! screwed?

I f-ed up big time. I discovered that a random cfl I had in my flower room was plugged into the dedicated "fan" outlet, not the "light" outlet... So has since has been on 24/7 for probably 4-5 days. ... :-( They've been flowering for 4 weeks, and bud production looks more like 2 weeks, with...

Powdery Mold is spreading! PLEASE HELP!

I'm new to the game. But am paranoid as fuck about PM. Here's what I learned: If your plants have it bad... its a lost cause. Kill'em, clean the room. Start over. If it's not too bad you can try these options: 1) Sulfur burner 2) Alkaline Water 3) 10% Milk solution 4) Neem Oil...

    Low Humidity

Ah yes,... the awesomeness of VPD ...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz J/K... Hm,.. I guess I'll keep it simple and decrease chances of mildew. If I lose 1-2% yield, I suppose that's acceptable collateral damage in the war against PM.

I may not update here frequently because it so far isn't of any help. Anyhow, I took a 5 prong mildew attack strategy that included Neem, BonideInfuse, MilkSolution, Sulfur spray and low humidity. It seems to have worked. It didn't spread and is so far eradicated from the babes. They were...

    Low Humidity

Will I see a loss of yield due to low humidity? If not, I'd sooner just leave it since it should prevent some mildew

    Low Humidity

My 5x5 is keeping a consistent 30% relative humidity at ~75-77ºF. Is this too low? What's the worst that can happen when the humidity is that low.

Add HPS at 50% with the CFLs for Veg

Turning the HPS up was the right move. The Babes love it! I'll probably keep the CFLs on, just to augment the spectrum. At least until I need the CFLs for something else later ;) Also gonna ease'm into a 18/6 schedule starting today.
