    why not mount lights Horizontally??? that set up seems odd to me? i'd up grade your lighting perhaps a set of T5 or T8's ... with chains or yoyos.. or move those CFLs up overhead. get some mylar to line the area. that will help with light leaks and lumen coverage. just doesnt' seem like...
