Well I'm finally at flowering stage and have had numerous problems with trying to keep the plants away from the light to avoid burning... and they've taken a lot of shit.. but anyway how are they looking? and how much more yield do they look like they'll get.. it's been about three weeks of...
UPDATE!
Plants are doing great. Some are unfortunately getting burned.. hopefully they stop growing and start producing bud now.. 1st day of flowering with a 250watt hps.. the front right plant has leaves that are a bit skimp.. how do i fix that?
Failed attempt at training.. oh well hah. the two white widows in the back seem a bit behind.. but i suppose it's no big deal
getting a 250 watt pretty soon for flowering stage.
substantial growth from exactly 14 days ago when i began this thread!
thanks! this is pretty much my first grow and i've been improving along the way. .. a lot more work then i thought when i began this grow op haha. i'm planning on using some mh and hps.. maybe a 250watt. how much hotter did your grow box get from switching to a 400 watt?
i fixed it. drilled out a bigger hole and i have two 4.5 inch computer fans stacked blowing air out.. now it gets lower than i've ever had it... 25 celsius which is perfect
Well i've managed to fix the heat problem a bit.. in the mean time i may order a better pc fan with a heat sink installed.. have any opinions on those?.. and also how would you connect that onto an adaptor?
*UPDATE*
You can really tell the ak apart from the three white widows
That red fan has another fan inside and it surprisingly works twice as good...other hole has a fan blowing out of the box
just some more pics... I raised the plants closer to the light and changed the lighting...
ha i actually got that idea from someone else as well.. i was originally gonna use strings but i'm glad i stumbled upon some advice to use coat hangers. do you think 150 or 250 watt would be sufficient?. i don't want to cut more holes for fans.
