If oil extracted from cannabis can cure cancer, then I'd say it has some pretty good medical qualities.

Oil should be made with the flower of the plant due to the higher concentration of THC. What you're trying to accomplish is an oil containing a very high THC and other cannabinoid content. This can better be accomplished using the more potent flower, and the treatment will actually work.
