I use a cheap inline pump and suck it out. Same principle as the vacuum. My trays (4x8) sit directly on floor.

Hey all I have these rust spots on my hash plant leaf. It's only on 1 leaf out of 12 plants. This leaf is on the tallest plant. It started lighter then got darker. Otherwise leaf is healthy. No sign of bugs, ebb and flow flood 2 times a day 10 min, gh nutes. Any ideas?

I disconnect the pump from the bottom and attach a longer hose to pump which drains to toilet, its pretty easy. I have another attachedment on sick that allows for another hose back to reservoir for cleaning ONLY, its not RO. That I buy from the 25 cent machine at Walmart. Any ideas on the spots?

Here is them just now, 3 weeks later I think they look healthy. I overfed them at first, was using tap water (350 ppm's!!) waterered too often, suffered thrugh a few more problems.. ALL FIXED from lurking here...Thanks!!!! So now they look good BUT Having a few leaf problems...
